UDMY turning profitable and in deep value territory

UDMY stock has been left for dead. It's formed a massive falling wedge on the monthly chart and until late has done so with improving momentum.

While not strictly aligned to disciplined charting techniques I view the recent meltdown in momentum as capitulation and a good time to start a small position.

Looking at the annual and quarterly profit figures we can see the company has been bleeding cash for years, but in recent quarters is starting to make a small profit.

It's a speculative buy, so keep the position sizing small, but I think there's room to double or even triple with sufficient time.

UDMY is up over 30% since my call a month ago, capped off by a parabolic jump this morning on news of an acquisition by $COUR.



Details of the takeover value UDMY shares at $6.35, with the deal slated to close late next year. I've decided to close my position here. I closed out at $7.05 a share at market open.

I think this bodes well for CHGG -- that's where the next leg of monster upside (caveat: high risk) opportunity lies in the sector imo.
